Sequence of Operation:
- Container Indexing: Bottles are fed via an SS slat conveyor and held in place by pneumatic indexing gates.
- Volumetric Suction: The servo-driven piston draws the exact volume of product from the integrated 120L storage tank into the cylinder.
- Controlled Discharge: Diving nozzles descend into the bottles, and the piston dispenses the product with a programmed speed profile.
- Drip Prevention: Once the fill is complete, the pneumatic shut-off valve closes instantly to prevent trailing or leakage.
- Release: Filled bottles are released and moved forward to the capping and labeling station.
