Reliable Operational Workflow
The machine provides a synchronized, high-speed flow through three specialized zones.
Sequence of Operation:
- Air In-feed: Empty bottles travel via an air conveyor and are picked up by the rotary rinsing star wheel.
- Internal Rinsing: Bottles are inverted and cleaned with high-pressure water jets to remove any dust or particles.
- Precision Filling: Water is filled using a gravity-based system with specialized valves that ensure accurate and uniform fill levels across all bottles.
- Automatic Capping: Caps are fed from a hopper and tightened using a precision-torque capping head for a leak-proof seal.
- Out-feed: Finished bottles are discharged onto a motorized slat conveyor for labeling and final packaging.

Yes. The machine is designed for maximum flexibility and can process PET, HDPE, and Glass bottles. It typically supports a filling range from 200ml to 2 liters. How does the machine ensure the hygiene and purity of the water?
To comply with strict health and safety regulations (BIS/FSSAI), the machine is a cGMP-compliant model. All parts that come into contact with the water are manufactured from AISI Stainless Steel 316L, which is non-corrosive and easy to sanitize. Harsiddh Unimach offers both options. We provide standalone Linear Liquid Fillers for existing lines, as well as integrated RFC (Rinsing, Filling, and Capping) Monoblock units. The Monoblock system is highly recommended for mineral water plants as it performs bottle rinsing, filling, and sealing in a single synchronized unit, saving floor space and reducing the risk of contamination.
