Reliable Operational Workflow

The machine provides a synchronized, high-speed flow through three specialized zones.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Air In-feed: Empty bottles travel via an air conveyor and are picked up by the rotary rinsing star wheel.
  2. Internal Rinsing: Bottles are inverted and cleaned with high-pressure water jets to remove any dust or particles.
  3. Precision Filling: Water is filled using a gravity-based system with specialized valves that ensure accurate and uniform fill levels across all bottles.
  4. Automatic Capping: Caps are fed from a hopper and tightened using a precision-torque capping head for a leak-proof seal.
  5. Out-feed: Finished bottles are discharged onto a motorized slat conveyor for labeling and final packaging.
