Sequence of Operation:

  1. Bottle Entry: Sealed bottles travel along the SS conveyor and are centered by the synchronized holding belts.
  2. Cup Pick-up: As the bottle passes under the delivery chute, the container neck itself picks up an oriented cup from the vibratory feeder.
  3. Pressing Operation: The bottle moves under a specialized pressing belt/roller assembly which applies uniform pressure to “snap” the cup securely onto the bottle cap.
  4. Security Check: Sensors scan for anomalies; if a bottle is missing or a cap jam occurs, the system halts instantly to prevent errors.
  5. Discharge: Successfully cupped bottles are discharged onto the outfeed conveyor for final secondary packaging or labeling.
