Automatic Continuous Induction Bottle Sealing Machine
High-Performance Sealing for Global Industries
The Harsiddh Automatic Continuous Induction Sealing Machine (Model DTIS-60) is a premier solution for securing product integrity in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetic industries. By creating a hermetic seal, it prevents product leakage, oxidation, and moisture ingress, significantly extending the shelf life of your liquids, powders, and granules. Its robust, online-ready design ensures that every container leaves the line with a professional, tamper-evident finish.
Reliable Operational Workflow
The machine functions as a synchronized, non-contact station within your packaging line:
- Conveyor Transition: Capped bottles (pre-inserted with induction wads) are received from the conveyor and move under the induction head.
- Electromagnetic Induction: A high-frequency magnetic field induces instant heat into the aluminum foil layer of the wad.
- Hermetic Bonding: The heat melts the polymer coating on the foil, welding it to the bottle lip. In two-piece wads, the wax layer melts to release the foil from the pulpboard backing.
- Cooling & Stabilization: As the container exits the induction field, the seal cools rapidly, forming a permanent, airtight bond.
- Quality Check & Discharge: Sealed units continue along the line, with the board liner remaining inside the cap for secondary sealing after the consumer opens the foil.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the primary benefits of using an induction sealer?
The Harsiddh Continuous Induction Sealer provides three major advantages:
Tamper Evidence: It provides a visible seal that ensures product integrity.
Leak Prevention: It prevents liquid or powder leakage during transit.
Shelf Life Extension: By creating an airtight barrier, it protects the product from oxidation and moisture, preserving freshness for longer.
Can this machine handle different cap sizes and bottle heights?
Yes. The machine is designed for high versatility. The induction head is mounted on a motorized or manual height-adjustable pillar, allowing it to accommodate various bottle heights. The induction tunnel is also wide enough to seal a range of cap diameters, typically from 20mm to 120mm, depending on the specific model selected.
Is the machine suitable for high-speed production lines?
Absolutely. As a "Continuous" model, it is designed to be mounted over an existing conveyor belt. It seals bottles "on the fly" without stopping them, making it ideal for high-speed lines in the pharmaceutical, food, lubricant, and chemical industries. The water-cooled or air-cooled power supply ensures the machine can operate 24/7 without overheating.
Does the machine include safety features for faulty seals?
Yes. To maintain high-quality standards, the machine is equipped with advanced sensors and a PLC-controlled interface. Key safety features include:
No Foil Detection: Sensors can detect if a cap is missing a foil liner.
Bottle Jam Sensor: Automatically stops the induction field if bottles bunch up under the head.
Rejection System: Can be integrated with a pneumatic pusher to remove unsealed bottles from the line automatically.
