Sequence of Operation:
- In-feed: Bottles move along the SS conveyor and are indexed into the star wheel.
- Cap Orientation: Screw caps are oriented in the vibratory bowl and delivered via a chute for pick-up.
- Capping: The single capping head picks the cap and applies the precise required torque as the bottle is held securely.
- Detection: The system monitors for “No Bottle” or “Cap Jam” scenarios, triggering an auto-stop if necessary.
