Frequently Asked Questions
How does the machine ensure the seal is aesthetically clean and leak-proof?
For plastic and lami tubes, we use Leister hot-air guns (or ultrasonic sealing) that heat the tube from the inside, followed by chilled-water-cooled jaws that press the seal. This creates a weld that is often stronger than the tube material itself.
What viscosities can these machines handle?
Our machines are designed with high-torque drives and heavy-duty piston pumps capable of handling everything from liquid soaps to very thick ointments, dental pastes, and adhesives.
How is the "I-Mark" (Eye Mark) sensing beneficial?
The I-Mark sensor detects the registration mark on the back of the tube. It automatically rotates the tube so that the front branding faces forward and the seal/batch coding is perfectly centered every time.
Is the machine easy to clean for product changeovers?
Yes. The piston pump and hopper are designed for quick disassembly. All contact parts are polished SS 316L, allowing for easy sterilization and preventing cross-contamination between different batches.
