High-Precision 8-Station Workflow

  1. Tube Feeding: Tubes are loaded into the rotary holders (Manual or Auto-Cassette options).
  2. Tube Orientation: Features an advanced eye-mark sensor and stepper motor for perfect alignment of the tube artwork.
  3. Vacuum Cleaning: Integrated diving nozzles remove dust and impurities from inside the tube before filling.
  4. No Tube – No Fill: A smart sensor ensures the dosing pump only activates when a tube is present, preventing product waste.
