Sequence of Operation:
- In-feed: Empty bottles move along the SS conveyor and are positioned under the nozzles by pneumatic/mechanical stoppers.
- Nozzle Entry: Reciprocating nozzles descend into the bottle necks to ensure a centered and spill-free fill.
- Precision Dosing: The volumetric pumps trigger a calibrated volume of sanitizer, with nozzles rising gradually to maintain a laminar flow.
- Sensor Check: Advanced sensors monitor for bottle jams or missing containers, instantly pausing the flow if necessary.
- Discharge: Successfully filled bottles are released smoothly onto the discharge conveyor for downstream sealing and capping.

How does the machine ensure accuracy and prevent expensive product loss?
The machine features a high-precision PLC-controlled dosing system that offers an accuracy of ± 0.5% to 1%. It is also integrated with a “No Bottle – No Fill” sensor, which ensures the filling nozzles only activate when a container is perfectly positioned, eliminating spillage and wastage.
