1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment clearance.
  • For heavy industrial machinery or customized manufacturing lines, processing and readiness timelines will be communicated explicitly in your commercial invoice or proforma agreement.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with leading, reliable freight and courier services to ensure your equipment reaches you safely. Our estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipments (Within India): 0 to 5 business days.
  • International Shipments (Outside India): 0 to 10 business days.

Please Note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary based on the specific destination, carrier schedules, and customs clearance procedures for international orders.

3. Shipping Charges & Methods

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or detailed in your custom corporate quotation.
  • Due to the weight and volume of industrial machinery, shipping costs vary significantly based on dimensions, weight, and delivery location. We utilize standard courier services for parts/components and dedicated freight/cargo forwarding for heavy machinery.

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We ship our high-quality machinery worldwide.
  • Harsiddh Unimach Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order by the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or direct communication containing your tracking number(s).
  • You can monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s tracking portal.

6. Damages and Transit Issues

  • We take extreme care in packaging industrial machinery to prevent any damage during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged or if the packaging is visibly compromised, please document the damage (take photos) and contact our support team immediately before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, if possible.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist us in filing a claim with the freight carrier.
