By utilizing a combination of positive air pressure and vacuum suction, it ensures that every container is pristine before it reaches the filling station.

Operational Precision & Cleaning Method

The machine operates on a high-efficiency linear mechanism where empty bottles are conveyed via an S.S. Slat Conveyor. Once a container reaches the cleaning station, the reciprocating nozzles descend automatically to the mouth of the bottle.

The Cleaning Process:

  1. Air Jet Injection: Pure, filtered air is pressed into the bottle at high pressure to dislodge any internal impurities or dust particles.
  2. Vacuum Extraction: Simultaneously, the powerful vacuum system removes the dislodged impurities from the bottle.
  3. Completion: The nozzles retract, and the cleaned container is automatically moved toward the next stage of the production line.
