Frequently Asked Questions

To maintain strict pharmaceutical hygiene, Harsiddh Unimach machines are built with SS 316L contact parts and follow cGMP standards. The machines include integrated Nitrogen Flushing units that purge the ampoule before and after filling to remove oxygen, preventing oxidation and ensuring product stability.

The primary difference is the production output.

  • 2-Head: Ideal for R&D or small batches (approx. 30–50 BPM).
  • 4-Head: Suitable for medium-scale production (approx. 70–100 BPM).
  • 8-Head: Designed for high-speed industrial lines, reaching up to 12,000–18,000 ampoules per hour.

The machines utilize the "Draw-off Sealing" method, which provides a superior, rounded finish compared to tip-sealing. It requires a combination of LPG and Oxygen gases to create the high-temperature flame necessary to melt the glass neck before the mechanical grippers pull away the waste tip.

Accuracy is controlled via high-precision volumetric syringes (piston pumps). The stroke length is easily adjustable to fine-tune the fill volume. Additionally, our machines feature a "No Ampoule – No Filling" sensor system, which ensures that the filling pump only activates when a container is correctly positioned, preventing spillage and maintaining a clean environment.
