Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Harsiddh Unimach Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality industrial machinery and engineering services. Because our products are often customized to specific client requirements and technical standards, our refund and cancellation policies are governed by the following terms:
1. Order Cancellation
- Standard Machinery: Orders for standard equipment may be cancelled within [24-48] hours of placing the order, provided the manufacturing process has not yet commenced.
- Customized/Bespoke Orders: Once a customized order (based on specific technical drawings or client-provided parameters) is confirmed and the deposit is paid, the order cannot be cancelled as materials and engineering resources are allocated immediately.
- Service Orders: Cancellation of fabrication or job work services must be requested before the commencement of the work.
2. Returns and Replacements
Given the nature of industrial equipment, we do not offer “returns” for a change of mind. However, we stand by the quality of our machines:
- Damaged on Arrival: If the machinery is damaged during transit (when shipping is handled by our authorized carriers), please document the damage on the Bill of Lading and notify us within [48] hours. We will arrange for an inspection and repair or replacement of the affected parts.
- Technical Non-Conformance: If the machine does not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications as outlined in the Proforma Invoice/Purchase Order, we will rectify the equipment at our site or yours, depending on the scale of the discrepancy.
3. Refund Process
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in the event that Harsiddh Unimach Pvt. Ltd. is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen internal circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Any costs incurred for site visits, technical consultations, or shipping/logistics already executed are non-refundable.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer/NEFT/RTGS) within [10-15] business days.
4. Warranty and After-Sales
