Unlike metal tubes that are folded, plastic tubes require thermal bonding. The Harsiddh machine utilizes Hot Air Sealing Technology (featuring a high-quality Leister heater). Hot air is blown into the inner tail of the tube to soften the plastic. Immediately after, the tubes move to the pneumatic sealing jaws, which press the ends together to create a permanent, leak-proof, and aesthetic bond.

The Semi-Automatic model is designed for efficiency in compact workspaces. Depending on the operator's speed in loading the tubes, it typically achieves an output of 15 to 25 tubes per minute (approximately 900 to 1,500 per hour). It is highly versatile and can handle plastic tubes with diameters ranging from 10mm to 50mm and various lengths.

To achieve a retail-ready look, the machine includes two critical post-sealing stages:

  • Tail Trimming: An integrated trimming station cuts away the excess plastic from the top of the seal, leaving a clean, straight, or rounded "flat-top" finish.

  • Batch Coding: The sealing jaws are designed to hold alphanumeric characters to emboss the Batch Number, Mfg. Date, and Expiry Date directly into the plastic seal during the cooling phase.
