Sequence of Operation:
- Index-Feed Entry: Containers are indexed into the rotary star wheel via a mechanical stopper that manages incoming flow.

- Lug Sealing: The capping head engages with the cap, applying a specific torque to “lock” the lugs onto the bottle threads.
