Sequence of Operation:

  1. High-Speed In-feed: Bottles move along the SS conveyor and are indexed into the star wheel for precise alignment.
  2. Cap Picking: Oriented screw caps are delivered via a chute for pick-up by the containers; sensors verify bottle presence before delivery.
  3. Rotary Capping: As the turret rotates, the six capping heads apply the pre-set torque to ensure a perfect, leak-proof seal on every bottle.
