Sequence of Operation:

  1. Bottle In-feed: Containers travel along the SS slat conveyor and are indexed into the star wheel.
  2. Cap Pick-up: As bottles move through the star wheel, they pick up oriented ROPP caps from the delivery chute.
  3. ROPP Sealing: The sealing head descends; the threading rollers create the thread on the cap, while the sealing rollers tuck the bottom of the cap under the bottle’s rim for a pilfer-proof seal.
  4. Security Check: Sensors monitor the line for bottle jams or missing caps, triggering an instant halt if a fault is detected.
  5. Discharge: Successfully sealed, tamper-evident bottles are discharged back onto the conveyor for final labeling.
