Reliable Operational Workflow

The machine provides a continuous, high-speed automated cycle.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Automated In-feed: Vials are transferred from a rotary turn table onto a high-quality SS flat conveyor belt.
  2. Dual Volumetric Filling: Sterile powder is agitated in two hoppers and drawn into the double wheels via vacuum. A doctor blade scraps off excess powder before discharge.
  3. Real-Time Monitoring: Sensors check for vial jams or absence; if a vial is missing, the filling and stoppering stations are automatically bypassed for that cycle.
  4. Precision Stoppering: Immediately following the dual-fill, vials move to the stoppering station where rubber stoppers (20mm) are accurately positioned and pressed.
  5. Clean Discharge: Sealed vials are discharged via an out-feed turn table, ready for aluminum capping and inspection.
