This system specializes in handling 5ml to 30ml glass vials, providing a single-dose capacity of 50mg to 1.5 grams. Its single-wheel design is engineered for maximum reliability, ensuring that every vial is filled with uniform density and securely stoppered under controlled humidity conditions.

Reliable Operational Workflow

The machine provides a continuous, automated process from vial entry to hermetic sealing.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. In-feed: Vials are fed automatically via a rotary turn table onto the SS slat conveyor.
  2. Volumetric Filling: A vacuum-suction powder wheel pulls the calibrated dose into its ports. Excess powder is removed by a doctor blade before being discharged into the vial.
  3. Validation: Sensors confirm vial alignment; if no vial is detected, the vacuum/piston cycle for that port is bypassed to prevent powder loss.
  4. Stoppering: Filled vials move to the vibratory station where rubber stoppers (20mm) are accurately picked and pressed into the vial necks.
  5. Discharge: Sealed vials are released for the next stage of aluminum capping or inspection.
