The machine provides a seamless flow from empty container to accurately filled product.
Sequence of Operation:
- Indexing: Empty bottles move along the SS conveyor and are positioned precisely under the filling nozzles.
- Sensing: Sensors confirm bottle presence and check for downstream jams before starting the cycle.
- Diving & Filling: Nozzles descend into the bottle neck (diving motion) and the servo pumps dispense the dishwash liquid using a customized speed profile to prevent air bubbles.
- Suck-Back: At the end of the dose, the pump reverses slightly to draw back any excess liquid, ensuring a crisp cut-off.
- Discharge: Filled bottles are released and moved to the capping and labeling station.
