Automatic Bottle Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine
Effective Vertical Decontamination
The Harsiddh Automatic Vertical Bottle Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine is a compact and extremely effective solution designed for the rigorous cleaning of glass and plastic bottles and jars. This multi-container machine is specifically engineered to meet cGMP requirements for non-sterile products such as Liquid Syrup, Dry Syrup, Tablets, and Capsule Bulk Packaging. By utilizing a combination of positive air pressure and vacuum suction, it ensures that every container is pristine before it reaches the filling station.
Operational Precision & Cleaning Method
The machine operates on a high-efficiency linear mechanism where empty bottles are conveyed via an S.S. Slat Conveyor. Once a container reaches the cleaning station, the reciprocating nozzles descend automatically to the mouth of the bottle.
The Cleaning Process:
- Air Jet Injection: Pure, filtered air is pressed into the bottle at high pressure to dislodge any internal impurities or dust particles.
- Vacuum Extraction: Simultaneously, the powerful vacuum system removes the dislodged impurities from the bottle.
- Completion: The nozzles retract, and the cleaned container is automatically moved toward the next stage of the production line.
Why Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning is Essential
For non-sterile liquid and dry syrup lines, maintaining a particle-free container is critical for product quality and safety. Unlike traditional water washing, the airjet and vacuum method provides a dry cleaning solution that eliminates the need for drying tunnels, making it a faster and more energy-efficient choice for specific industrial applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
For which products is this machine most suitable?
This machine is specifically engineered for non-sterile products where dry cleaning is preferred over water washing. It is ideal for cleaning glass and plastic (PET) bottles or jars used for Liquid Syrup, Dry Syrup, Tablets, and Capsule Bulk Packaging.
What are the advantages of using air cleaning instead of traditional water washing?
Airjet and vacuum cleaning is a dry decontamination method. The primary advantage is that it eliminates the need for expensive and energy-consuming drying tunnels. This makes the production line faster, more energy-efficient, and ideal for moisture-sensitive products like dry powders or tablets.
What safety and efficiency features are included in the machine?
The machine includes a "No Container – No Cleaning" system as a standard safety feature to prevent air and vacuum wastage. It also features adjustable "diving type" cleaning nozzles that can reach deep into various container sizes and an automatic loading/unloading system for high-speed operation.
What production capacities are available for this model?
Harsiddh Unimach offers this machine in several configurations to match different production scales:
HAVC–60: 2 Nozzles (1,000–1,500 containers/hour)
HAVC–120: 4 Nozzles (2,000–4,000 containers/hour)
HAVC–150: 6 Nozzles (5,000–7,000 containers/hour)
HAVC–200: 8 Nozzles (6,000–10,000 containers/hour)
