Operational Precision & Process Flow

The machine utilizes an indexing cam mechanism to transfer ampoules through several critical stages without human intervention, ensuring zero contamination.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Sterile Loading: Pre-sterilized D-Type ampoules are loaded into the hopper and moved via a cassette magazine onto an eccentric rack.
  2. Opening: Six specialized nozzles use an LPG/Oxygen gaseous mixture to precisely heat and open the closed-neck ampoules.
  3. Filling & Purging: After pre-nitrogen purging, six precision volumetric piston pumps discharge the liquid. Post-nitrogen purging follows to protect the product.
  4. Sealing: Ampoules are pre-heated and then hermetically sealed as they rotate smoothly at the sealing station.
