Operational Precision & Sequential Process

The machine is engineered to handle ampoules with extreme care, using a cam-mechanism transfer system that eliminates vibration and prevents breakage.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Loading: Sterile ampoules are loaded into a slant hopper and pushed onto an eccentric rack via star wheel synchronization.
  2. Decontamination: Pre-gassing (Nitrogen) clears the ampoule of oxygen.
  3. Filling: Precision volumetric piston pumps discharge the liquid dose with high accuracy.
  4. Sealing: After post-gassing and pre-heating for thick glass, ampoules enter an extra-smooth revolving unit where a mixture of LPG and Oxygen creates a hermetic seal.
  5. Collection: Finished ampoules are automatically collected in a vertical tray without human touch, ensuring zero contamination.
