Operational Precision & Sequential Process

The machine operates on a volumetric piston pump mechanism, synchronized by a single motor to ensure perfect timing across all drives.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Ampoule Opening: A dedicated LPG/Oxygen nozzle opens the pre-sealed closed ampoule.
  2. Nitrogen Purging: Pre-filling gassing clears the interior of oxygen.
  3. Volumetric Filling: A single precision head discharges the liquid dose (0.5ml to 25ml) with high accuracy.
  4. Heating & Sealing: After post-gassing, the ampoule passes through a pre-heating station before being hermetically sealed by the sealing nozzle.
  5. Classification: A “sleepy tray” (slanted collection tray) automatically collects and classifies the finished ampoules.
