Reliable Operational Workflow

The machine provides a continuous, high-efficiency labeling cycle:

  1. Vertical Loading: Ampoules are fed into the in-feed hopper or directly from trays into the conveyor in a vertical position.
  2. Star-Wheel Indexing: A feed worm transfers the ampoules to the rotary star-wheel, which carries them securely through the labeling zone.
  3. Label Application: As the sensor detects an ampoule, the servo-controlled applicator releases the label precisely onto the rotating container.
  4. Secondary Pressing: A synchronized pressing unit ensures the label is firmly adhered and perfectly aligned around the circumference.
