Operational Precision & Scalable Production

Built with a linear left-to-right on-line mechanism, this machine utilizes a star wheel positioning system to ensure vials are perfectly aligned under the nozzles during the volumetric filling process.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. Feeding: Vials are fed via an in-feed turn table (un-scrambler) onto the conveyor.
  2. Nitrogen Purging: Pre-filling gassing removes oxygen from the vial interior.
  3. Volumetric Filling: Precision syringes and nozzles discharge the liquid dose with ±1% accuracy.
  4. Stoppering: Filled vials move to the vibratory system where rubber stoppers are applied.
  5. Discharge: Finished vials are collected via an out-feed turn table (scrambler).
