The Harsiddh High Speed Eight Head Vertical Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine (Model HFS-300V) represents the pinnacle of injectable packaging technology. Unlike horizontal models, the vertical transport mechanism ensures that ampoules are held securely in an upright position throughout the process, significantly reducing jerk and glass-to-glass contact. This machine is ideal for processing varied ampoule sizes from 1ml to 10ml with a filling capacity ranging from 0.5ml to 10ml in a single dose.

Operational Precision & Sequential Process

The machine is built on a heavy-duty SS square pipe frame with large openings at the bottom for absolute cleaning and maintenance accessibility.

Sequence of Operation:

  1. In-feed: Ampoules are fed via an SS conveyor directly from a sterilizing tunnel and transferred to a segment wheel.
  2. Vertical Transfer: A moving rack carries the ampoules in a vertical position through the various processing stations one by one.
  3. Filling Station: Eight precision volumetric piston pumps dispense the liquid with high accuracy, synchronized via a mechanical cam drive.
  4. Sealing Station: Ampoules are rotated by a separate drive unit at the sealing station. A mixture of LPG and Oxygen is used to create a defect-free, uniform seal, with a pre-heating station provided for thick glass ampoules.
  5. Discharge: Successfully filled and sealed ampoules are automatically diverted into the collection tray.
